Ms. Klein was formerly a director with Hill Gilstrap, P.C. and an associate with Jones, Allen & Fuquay. Her practice has been concentrated in commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation and appeals.

Ms. Klein is a 1988 graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law, and received her B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985.

Ms. Klein was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1988. She is admitted to practice in the federal district courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ms. Klein formerly served as a panel chair of a grievance committee.
