Mr. Buncher handles bankruptcy and insolvency related litigation in addition to commercial litigation in the federal courts. He brings over 14 years of litigation experience to the firm. He has handled first chair trial responsibilities in jury and bench trials involving a host of business and tort related claims. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at an active litigation firm in Dallas.

Mr. Buncher received a B.B.A. in 1986 from Texas A&M and received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1989 where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Buncher was admitted to the Texas bar in 1989 and to the Oklahoma bar in 2000. Mr. Buncher is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Bar Association of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and of the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association.
