Mr. Berger’s broad background in civil litigation and investigation set him apart. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Berger excels in complex investigations and inspections, while also being skilled with negotiations and structured mediations. Mr. Berger is also adept as a liaison with large corporations, governments, and public interest groups, and comes to Neligan/Foley with experience in many legal arenas.
Education:Mr. Berger received his BBA from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and his JD from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Affiliations:Mr. Berger has been admitted to practice with the Texas Bar, as well as the Northern, Eastern and Western US District Court, as well as the 5th Circuit of the US Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
