John D. Gaither was admitted to the Texas bar in 2006. His practice is focused on bankruptcy reorganization and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Gaither has also lived and studied in Tokyo, Japan.

Mr. Gaither graduated with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in economics in 2003. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2006.

Mr. Gaither is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
