Seymour is an Associate, with an AV rating, in the Firm's Reorganization/Corporate Finance practice group. He also has attained the designation of Advocate with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. His concentration is in the areas of corporate reorganizations and workouts for debtors, creditors, and trustees. He is admitted to practice in Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court for all Districts in Texas.
Seymour has extensive experience representing the interests of debtors, creditors, and committees in large and complex reorganizations.

Education:A native of New York City, Seymour graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, in 1981, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Emory University School of Law, in May of 1984, and his LL.M. from King's College, University of London, in November of 1985.
Affiliations:He also has judicial experience, as a Municipal Court Judge, Pro Tem, for the City of Fort Worth, for seven years. Seymour is a certified mediator, family mediator and victim - offender mediator, and was a finalist two years in a row, for the Mediator of the Year Award for Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County. He is also a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth.
